In reply to Cindy Crawford. Hi Cindy, if your unit is still under a year warranty you can contact customer service and they will replace the motor. If your litter box is over a year of use, I don't think the motor is sold as a spare.

Just wondering if you can buy just the motor?

I have experienced this more often with the newer models. When this happens unplug the power and flip the switch in back of the motor to disengage it. This will allow you to slide the motor back and remove the tray assembly. Just reinstall it like you did out of the box and it should work fine… Until it happens again or the motor brakes which was my experience.

hello my pet zone automatic litter box wont back up meaning it does not return or do its full cycle. please help this product is only about 2 month or a bit less
